Ingredients

  • Bimbo bread without crust
  • Cream cheese
  • Chopped Iberian or Serrano
  • Chopped dates
  • Cherry tomato and a leaf of parsley, to decorate
  1. Place the Bimbo Bread on a sheet of cling film and flatten slightly with a rolling pin.
  2. For the filling, combine the cream cheese with the chopped ham and diced dates. Spread it on the bread, roll it, wrap it, and freeze it for a few hours.
  3. To serve, remove the paper and cut the roll into slices. Garnish with half a cherry tomato and a fresh parsley leaf to add color.
