Bimbo bread without crust
Cream cheese
Chopped Iberian or Serrano
Chopped dates
Cherry tomato and a leaf of parsley, to decorate
Place the Bimbo Bread on a sheet of cling film and flatten slightly with a rolling pin.
For the filling, combine the cream cheese with the chopped ham and diced dates. Spread it on the bread, roll it, wrap it, and freeze it for a few hours.
To serve, remove the paper and cut the roll into slices. Garnish with half a cherry tomato and a fresh parsley leaf to add color.
