Medias Noches (hot dog buns) with tuna salad Ingredientes Preparación 1/2 can tuna in water 1/4 cup diced red onion 1/4 cup diced Hass avocado 4 cherry tomatoes 1/4 cup diced cucumber without peeling 2 tablespoons avocado oil 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of ground black pepper For the tuna salad: Pour the lemon juice and avocado oil in a bowl. Add the tuna, red onion, Hass avocado, cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Mix well, season and set aside. Place a bed of lettuce in a piece of Medias Noches Bimbo and fill with the tuna salad. Garnish with cilantro and olives.
