  • Fresh salmon fillets
  • Fresh rosemary and thyme
  • Chopped garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and sprinkle generously with the fresh herbs and chopped garlic. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake the fish in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Make sure it is cooked before removing from the oven.
